The plan will see the creation of a Luxurious Hotel and 23 Holiday Cottages, all designed, specified and built to an exceptional standard.
Langham is a picturesque conservation village in North Norfolk within an area of outstanding natural beauty, one and a half miles inland from the coastal villages of Blakeney and Morston.
For years, North Norfolk has remained one of the least discovered and unspoilt corners of England where natural geographic beauty combine with an endless list of outdoor activities and pursuits. Within a short drive of 'The Langham' are many magnificent destinations and places of interest include Burnham Market, Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall, Brancaster, Wells-next-the-Sea, Walsingham, Cley, Sheringham and the bustling market town of Holt.
For the last 26 years, Langham Glass have attracted around 100,000 visitors per year to our site in Langham. AVADA will now recreate this important local asset with a view to it becoming North Norfolk's premiere luxury accommodation centre. The facilities will cater for business customers as well as leisure guests.
